Karolina is running two online workshops: one dedicated to students, second to parents: How to overcome anxiety and manage stress - The Magic of Mindfulness (Monday 24th and 31st May). It is a 90min Zoom webinar with 5 Mindfulness practices to create more balance and flow in life. Karolina, a Certified Mindfulness Teacher, therapist and life coach will share tips on how to reduce anxiety so that one can mind one’s mind, manage transitions, relax and feel uplifted.
